Connect with your body – a 21 days exercise training

Many of my clients comment that they feel better moving and do some meditation, but it is a challenge for them keeping up with a daily routine. I recently started a 21 days training with short exercises for you which might help you get started. We need 21 days to transform an activity into a routine!
Choose a 5 to 10 minutes moment that allows you to connect daily with your body. And if you feel short of exercise, just combine them and you will expand your body attention!
